Loved this place! I had high hopes and expectations and felt I would be happy with the outcome by just reading the reviews and checking the place out on-line a little. I was excited I had found the product I needed for my Sophie. (Bully Breed w/Mass cell tumor) OH my! This amazing little shop over exceeded every idea I had plus some! Amazing products, Amazing experience, Amazing people! Highly recommended.

I’ll start by saying that I normally leave negative reviews, and I rarely take the time to leave a positive review because, honestly, it’s becoming harder and harder to find good service anywhere nowadays. That’s why I wanted to take the time to say something about Pets Love and Happiness. This is an amazing small business, and the staff genuinely care about the animals and the people who come through their doors. I’ve been dealing with some skin issues with my dog for a while now. I’ve taken him to several different vets, and every time it seemed to be the same thing: a shot, some pills, and that’s about it. Nobody really took the time to explain what might actually be going on or what other options we had. The staff at Pets Love and Happiness were completely different. They genuinely listened to what I was dealing with and showed real concern for my dog. They gave me more information and practical advice than I’ve received from any of the vets we’ve seen. They took the time to explain the science behind what could be causing the problem and walked me through several different options for addressing his symptoms What impressed me the most is that they could have easily sold me half the store after everything they explained, but they didn’t. Instead, they recommended that we start with the right things and see how my dog responds. They weren’t trying to sell me fifteen different products at once. They were actually focused on helping me figure out what is causing the problem, rather than throwing a bunch of different products at the symptoms and potentially making it harder to determine what was really going on That kind of honesty and genuine concern is extremely hard to find these days. I just wanted to let people know that Pets Love and Happiness is a fantastic local pet store with knowledgeable people who genuinely want to help you find the best solution for your animals. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do and that they truly care about helping pets live healthier, happier lives. If you have a pet that’s dealing with an issue or you simply want knowledgeable people who will actually take the time to listen and help, I highly recommend giving them a visit

The ladies at this store were quite patient and happy to help me find good food options for my puppy as well as my senior dog. They have tons of great, healthy stuff for pets and go above and beyond to help their customers. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I cannot imagine life without the ladies at PLH! Muffy loves them too, which makes it even more special. I’m so fortunate to have such a wonderful pet boutique right in my neighborhood. Robecca, Kelly, Rita, and the entire staff are always so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Pets, Love, & Happiness to anyone looking for thoughtful service and genuine expertise for their pets!
